Hello,

I absolutely love this library - it's incredibly helpful and I use it in a lot of my testing.

I could really use the auto_tick_seconds option that was merged in #201 but it appears that there hasn't been a PyPI release since then. Would it be possible to cut a new release?

Thanks!

@spulec How about it? I think it would be good if we could set up so I can cut releases too since it seems you're busy with something else. I'd love to help you set up freezegun similarly to how we have mutmut, tri.table, tri.declarative, etc set up where you can just do make tag and git push --follow-tags and everything is done.
