What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. See .enaml file in file explorer
   1. Double click What is the expected output? What do you see instead? Expect open as text file in integrated editor. Instead ask for external editor. What version of the product are you using? On what operating system? Win7, spyder 2.1.12
