Mistranslation in Japanese locale

Problem Description

I found mis-translation in Japanese locale.
'Directory' is incorrectly translated into Japanese twice as 'Dictionary' .

What steps reproduce the problem?

1. Create new project (in Japanese locale).

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

(wrong) (correct)
ディクショナリ -> ディレクトリ
It appear on line 3116 and 5106 in locale/ja/LC_MESSAGES/spyder.po.
(Line 6506 is correct.)

• Spyder version: 5.3.1
• Python version: 3.9.2 64-bit
