Use getSupportFragmentManager and reduce min_sdk to 11 #221

I had to bump up my min_sdk just because of flow. And it looks like flow uses Fragment/getFragmentManger instead of the support ones.

I might be wrong about this. registerActivityLifecycleCallbacks which is essential to flow is also on 14.
