While the core of LeakCanary isn't specific to Android, we've built a fair amount of Android specific utility. To make a javafx version, you'd need a way to trigger heapdumps, and implements some other parts as well.

This is doable, and it's a great idea, but it's not a priority for us. If you do end up writing an implementation, feel free to open a pull request!
