It would be better if you could just run

./install.sh --with-casks

Rather than prompting during the install.

Instead ask upfront:

$ ./install.sh

Starting... macOS found.

Install brew packages? (Y/n): y
Install cask packages? (Y/n): y
Install macOS preferences? (Y/n): y

Installing...
