Lexer: multiple fixes to bring the lexer closer to Lua's

Random collection of bug fixes found through fuzzing the Lua lexer and comparing the resulting tokens when run through the Lua lexer and the Zua lexer. This is a commit at a random point in this process--there are still discrepancies in the token output of the lexers.
