Rephrase publishing to GitLab Pages from default branch #6239

I've rephrased the docs on publishing a site to GitLab Pages a little, stating deployment from the default branch instead of master and extending example values to master or main, similar to the docs on GitHub Pages above, as GitLab switched the default value of the default branch from master to main as part of the v14.0 release.
