The CommentParser code seems to be removed for the phpcs-fixer branch.
I also can't find a reference to it.

How would you recommend adjusting existing sniffs that rely on it? Is there a suitable replacement here to work with?

I then found the Removed the comment parser classes and replaced it with a simple comment tokenier note. It would be useful to have a little more info here, though.
