There is no page to edit outgoing mail server settings.

Need to create a form and view to allow users to edit the mail server settings.

Not sure how we would handle the password. Maybe this would need to be set each time? That feels a bit odd. We can't populate the password in the form as this would be a security flaw.

Decided that if you want to change email settings you have to provide the password.

Created form that writes to a configuration file, for both incoming and outgoing email servers.
Next step is to try to weave these config files into the merged config somehow.
