srcexfun, a set of extension functions for srcML XPath (and XSLT?) is not consistent with the tag set for srcML 1.0.

Pulling out of develop into this issue until it is updated and tested.

Created branch for this with original code intact. Pulling this out of develop.

This is a great feature. But it needs to be updated.
