Blank page after ionic serve

I'm getting a blank page after running the ionic serve.
I did install npm install -g ionic@beta, npm install -g typescript
Did not get anything. Plz do help me run the code

Can you please open console in chrome and tell me the error

I have the same problem , when I open the console I am getting this error
"Uncaught reflect-metadata shim is required when using class decorators"
I hope you can help me :)
