To prepare for version 2.0 of the OCFL spec, add a generic interface called ocfl.Object that can be implemented by ocflv1.Object and a future ocflv2.Object. OCFL v2 storage roots can can have OCFL v1 Objects, so the storage root should return values using the interface type.
