nix flake check changed in Nix 2.16 to restrict the check to the current system type: NixOS/nix#7759

However, this may not apply to checks using IFD.

I've tried to determine the answer to this and am unsure. Here is a test on an example Flake with IFD: NixOS/nix#4265 (comment)

That's right, we no longer need this module (https://github.com/srid/haskell-template no longer uses it). We should mention this in the README.
