Eliminate the name difference

The git project name is redmine_codebook, which is the directory name you get after a git clone ...
The redmine plugin name is just codebook, which results in the need for people to checkout into a directory with that name. Maybe the redmine plugin mechanism can be bent to accept either or there will have to be some renaming somewhere, to make the git clone suffice.
