Pull request to update ss3 in {ss3sim} did not run R-CMD checks #397

update-ss3-version.yml led to correct changes in all of the necessary files (see 5c169f9) but the resulting pull request did not run R-CMD check like normal pull requests do. I am not certain why. It worked to manually check them but it would be nice if the pull request automatically did this.

I think to avoid recursive calling of github actions, pull requests opened by github actions do not trigger new runs. I think there is a way to do this, but it means you will need to use a PAT and be careful that your runs don't trigger recursive runs
