Increase the clarity of the following text so it matches what is actually done in change_f()

ss3sim/vignettes/introduction.Rmd

Lines 368 to 371 in 78c5418

Fishing mortality, $F$,
is set to a constant percentage of
$F$ at maximum sustainable yield, $F_\mathrm{MSY}$,
from when the fishery starts in year 26 until the end of the simulation in year 100.
