things missing from centos8 #9

Apparently CentOS 8 may be new an cool but could also bring few annoyances due to missing stuff, like:

docker (podman provides a partially compatible shim) --- Apparently Docker Inc did not provide any repositories for RHEL8/CentOS8, and the old ones are not binary-compatible.
the_silver_searcher -- yeap, apparently no ag, this sucks a lot!
hub
lxc and lxd - this impacted test execution on molecule, not a big deal as this only convinced me to remove them as providers.
