@isaacmtp Sure, you can submit the PR for it. This is not exactly a task that can be completed, because description can always be improved!

Please go ahead and add something to help users get more familiar with this project and we can merge it in!

I have worked on the readme, added a table of contents and a bit more description about the project according to my understanding. I have also submitted a PR for the same. Do let me know if it's fine or if I need to make any changes to it.
