Maybe this is specifically for Sega/Mega CD - but it seems it will scrape every bin and cue file, sometimes resulting in many entries for a single game.

Request to have it ignore the bin files if cue files are present.

The current logic is to open the cue file which is just a text file with list of files in it then match on the first hash it can find. If you open the cue file in a text editor do the names of the bin files still match what is inside the cue?

I don't have this problem - my bins are not processed, only the cue.
