XV does not work right on sunxi hardware for negative window positions #16

Steps to reproduce:

start video playback (in mplayer)
drag the window until its top left corner gets outside of the screen area (in XFCE the window can be dragged with "alt + left mouse click")
observe various glitches and artifacts
