Description of Bug

open this stackblitz playground, when run npm run build it crash.

Steps to Reproduce

Open playground - https://stackblitz.com/github/Lmmmmmm-bb/semi-context-menu?file=playground/src/examples/Base.tsx&startScript=build,play
Wait Stackblitz run build script
Stackblitz crash

Expected Behavior

Not Crash

npm run build actually is run tsup, maybe some node API is not supported yet?
