QR Scanner borked on Android Mobile, Firefox and Chrome

An attempt to withdraw then pressing the Camera icon will not display the camera view.

I tried on two different Android phones, same behavior.

On my Pixel 7 Pro the green LED will show indicating that the camera is on, but there's nothing displaying, and some type of message box appears but it has no content.

I haven't tried on desktop browser.

Same behavior whether Firefox or Chrome.

This worked OK within the past 24 hours so it must have been a regression with today's update.
