Commit reveal tx formats for sBTC Mini clarified are here

OP_DROP can therefore be applied consistently to un/wrap user requests.

Additionally the user can sign and broadcast the transaction directly using PSBT integration with their Web Wallet, or they can just pay to the generated invoice.

For no we just assume the most basic op_drop locking script;

[<data>, op_drop, p2tr]

I.e. no ability for the user to reclaim.
