Filter - min length before calling calling server

Hello,

When the filter value is changed, list is cleared and the json is called again.

Well, type four chars and you have called your server four times with the three first not being used. Depending of what you display & the time it will take to the backend ... you see what I mean.

My idea is the creation of a new parameter that would say "filter" is triggered if input is X chars or more.
