This adapts the vignettes to the extension of
plot.vsel()from #414 (in theory, #416 as well, but the ggrepel functionality from #416 is not illustrated here). Furthermore, in the latent vignette, source-only linebreaks are inserted just like in the main vignette (makes diffing easier).
