Documenting File uploading for self-hosting #1799

Hi standardnotes team,

I managed to follow the guide at https://docs.standardnotes.com/self-hosting/getting-started from "Getting Started" to "subscriptions". I think I miss a part regarding File uploading in a note.

There seems to be some entries needed for get it working. I identified FILE_UPLOAD_BYTES_USED and FILE_UPLOAD_BYTES_LIMIT but I am not sure.

Maybe we could add a paragraph or a sub routine after the command line:

./server.sh create-subscription

Any idea ?
