The Build Script should:

Clean destination directory of old assets
Compile SCSS
Bundle JS
Copy Fonts/Files/Assets to destination
Compress Images
Compress SVGs

It Should Also:

Follow ES6 AirBnb Guidelines
Be formatted by Prettier
Config should be in a separate directory
Tasks should be in their own modules
