Slow upload speed

@vsoch Upload speed is very slow (less than 1MB/s). I believe this issue is independent of app deployment, so feel free to ignore.

Do you want to open an issue on https://github.com/openvinotoolkit/cvat/issues/ instead? We've deployed, pretty much out of the box per their instructions, so it would make sense to ask there (in case we need to do anything to speed it up).

It could just be my internet speed. When we add lab members who have ethernet, we can compare upload times to determine whether internet speed is the cause.

Ah that definitely could be it! There have been issues about internet connectivity in the Stanford area. Is there some way that I could run an upload test (if you can give me a dataset and tell me what to do, I'm outside of CA so minimally it would give another data point).

I'm actually in FL, but this could still be the cause. All we need to upload are videos, so could send one if you want to try uploading. It takes a minute at 13MB size. I may actually be a bit impatient!
