Modules missing PEP 561 py.typed files #2

As per PEP 561, each module needs a marker file to tell type checkers that it's OK to use the type annotations within the module code.

These files need to be added to the next release.

This was fixed in commit 3c57c2b, but don't close this issue until there's an actual release.
