TG 看到不少有趣了貼圖，想轉到 LINE 去 (暫時先不考慮審核的話)
請問是否有可行性?

大概是沒辦法。

傳到LINE的話，要保證上傳者是擁有著作權的本人，即是上傳者需要是貼圖包的製作者。

LINE一直以來不支援自訂貼圖，製作自己的貼圖必須要用它的app，而且要過官方審核，所以網路meme圖估計是不行。
