Animated sticker support

Animated sticker import is demanding, however, due to TGS limitations, it would cause severe quality loss.

However, it seems possible to trace a LINE animated WEBP down to 64KB TGS whil maintaining okay visual quality via Inkscape.

Needs further investigation.

Update:

Importing LINE animated stickers is now supported through webm video_sticker.

Still working on user uploaded stickers.

Hello! I have now completed support for animated(video) stickers.

You can import Line stickers of course, but can also create and manage your own sticker set.
