[Pending]design evaluation report schema

Current Behavior

• Only multi_classification report.

Proposed Behavior

• Define a general report schema, which can descibe a variety of machine learning problems. The schema will be used by web-ui and client-terminal-ui to show some tables, graphs, summary etc.
• a schema
• a validator
• some machine learning examples
• define some frontend ui primitive
