Command-Tab and hot corners don't work in Mojave #19

On macOS Mojave, BeebEm4 doesn't allow you to use Command-Tab to switch out of BeebEm to enter the macOS app-switcher.

Nor does BeebEm4 let you use hot corners (e.g. to activate the Show All Windows state and to access Spaces) if you've set them up.

BeebEm 3, however, does allow the use both of Command-Tab and of hot corners on Mojave.
