这种类型的请求未拦截, 可绕过.

post_Mod 是对普通 post 请求进行检查的。
想要过滤这种post上传表单，json，xml 需要在 app_Mod 中进行配置。
过滤位置：post_form 上传表单的 table 类型
posts_all 整个body体进行过滤

这两个都可以过滤，满足你的需求
