Describe the solution you'd like

In oh my zsh we can enter some character in the middle of a file name, then use tab to auto complete this name. Perhaps we can implement such feature in starship?

This feature has nothing to do with starship, starship is just a prompt, you may check the documentations of the completion system of the shell you're using for this feature may already exist, or report to the shell's developers.
