[Feature Request] Output Templates

It would be really great if we could specify an output template, so we could use our own code conventions, and automatically include things like copyright statements, etc.

Hey, I just started using StarUML and I'd too like to see a more configurable template. I'll try to see if I can come up with a solution and post a PR (if this repo is still active).
