I've been using this now for a while, and one thing that stands out is all the extra mouse clicks it takes to manually tag scenes.

Rather than having to click the edit button every time you want to add or modify a scenes data, let the user manage this data right form the http://localhost:8080/scenes/n/ page. This would make things so much more efficient, especially for add/removing tags, performers, studio, and scene rating. Also, why not let the user create a new tag or performer from the scene page as well?
