Describe the bug
Minor issue, but posting to document.
The buttons when viewing a user, while admin, include "User Edits" (works), "Edit User" (works), and "Delete User"
but it also shows "Change Password" which in context, should change the user's password. But it leads to your password change.
Either it shouldn't show at all, or it should do the expected thing, and allow you to manually change the user's password
To Reproduce
view a different user as admin. Notice the Change Password button is among 'user' related buttons.
Expected behavior
Either hide it when viewing a different user than yourself, or it should allow changing or resetting the user's password.
Additional context
Another of the shakeout bugs from pmvstash. We're finding lots of little things (and a few bigger bugs) as we put this into production use.
