It looks like we based our entire linker table on organisms so my inclination is to check if the analysis_organism table exists (which is provided by the tripal_manage_analyses module) and see if there are organisms associated with the analysis that have indexed annotations. If so, we display the annotations based on the organism. This might mean that we need an organism selector but I doubt one analysis would be associated with multiple organisms. Also does it make sense that multiple analysis might have the same annotations since it would just pull whatever is connected to the organism instead of the analysis itself?
