Describe the bug
Page doesn't scroll to top after transitioning to a new page

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to 'packages' tab
Scroll down to the bottom of the page
Click on any package
See white blank page. User needed to scroll to top

Expected behavior
New page opens scrolled on top
