DOC - add dataset and examples on conditional models

We need a dataset + examples on usage of statsmodels.discrete.conditional_models family - > Conditional logit, conditional mnl, conditional Poisson.

Wollridge data on crime here fits for this purposes

I would like to do this one myself, however, I could not find any info about adding datasets or examples. Anyone familiar with it can enlighten me on that and I will be grateful

I would go for a notebook, there are examples here: https://github.com/statsmodels/statsmodels/blob/master/examples/notebooks I would include the syntax demonstrating how to use the procedure, as well as dome discussion about the rationale behond the method, what it's useful/not useful for, etc.

I what else I have to add besides the example notebook to examples/notebooks ? or thats it

I tried to find other PRs for example notebooks but failed.
