Peers count should be not less than 6 to guarantee that messages and related functionality works well
Peers count is accessible on Node Management tab
We should not start tests if peers count is less than bare minimum
Also that could be done with rpc call (https://www.notion.so/How-to-access-json-rpc-in-status-go-76c127efb9074b5daac8ba3663481073)
