Update universal links to reflect the changes in URL structure

Description

URL structure/payload will change according to these changes status-im/specs#159

We should change our handling to make sure that the links are handled correctly.
Please keep as much logic in status-go as possible, in order to reuse code between mobile and desktop.

As of now, the description of this issue is quite vague. Asked for edit/split at vacp2p/rfc#600 (comment).
