Navigate directly to syncing screen without navigating to shell first.

Bug Report

Problem

Navigating to the syncing setting makes the status bar flicker because we navigate to the shell before going to the syncing screen
(The current behavior is when opening a screen while a modal is open, It closes first therefore navigating to the previous screen then the initially opened screen is open)

Expected behavior

Do not go back to shell when choosing the syncing setting, And navigate directly to the syncing screen
