Add a padding argument to QR code generation on status-go

Bug Report

Investigate and fix the padding difference of the QR code padding between mobile and Figma

Problem

Currently we hardcode a value for padding and we want to be able to customize it as it's value is not fixed.

Expected behavior

QR code padding should be customizable on status-mobile

Actual behavior

QR code padding is hardcoded
