after 'gem uninstall ruber' and then 'gem install ruber' same thing

This is a known bug, due to the fact that the Mutex class is in the standard library in ruby 1.8 but in ruby core in ruby 1.9 (which I use). It's already been fixed in master (commit 918b8ce). Until the next version of Ruber, you can solve this problem by adding the line

require 'thread'

at the beginning of the lib/ruber/application/application.rb file.
