Most of the settings won't be visible when viewed on scaled displays

As you can see from the screenshots, only a small portion of the extension's settings is on scaled displays (which is 125% on my end). If possible, a scrollbar would sort this issue out.

How it looks like without user interference:

You have to set Chrome's own scaling down to 50% to be able to view all the settings:

This is actually more so of an issue with how Chrome renders the options in their new extensions page. A solution to this could be by resizing the options panel body depending on the screens size, leaving a small gutter either side?

Yeah, that, or a dedicated settings page like in uBlock Origin.
