I would like to use utiltiy type $Diff (https://flow.org/en/docs/types/utilities/#toc-diff)

but it shows $Diff is not definied

What do you mean by $Diff is not defined? Does the Linter tab contain a message like this:

If so please checkout https://github.com/gajus/eslint-plugin-flowtype
