As a testnet, I want as small block gap as possible between when my Bootstrap node votes in new witnesses and my Seed/WN0 begins producing blocks using those witnesses. ... So that the blockchain does not reset the witness keys with the shutdown witness virtual op.

Supporting Materials
steemd arguments for debug_generate_blocks_until
steemit/steempunks#190

AC

  • tinman tells Bootstrap to produce a block that is less than 1 hour in the past
  • after the above step, tinman tells Bootstrap to assign keys and vote in the witnesses that will run on WN0.

HOLD

Pending outcome of steemit/steem#2835 -

If the above story succeeds, this story becomes lower priority, and likely not required for MVP.

Result

steemit/steem#2835 was a success. This story is no-longer needed and will likely be solved at some point as a part of routine tidying. Closing.
